He's wanted in Yakima County for several domestic violence charges. Police say he also assaulted his ex while she had a no protection order slapped against him.
Cops say he came to her apartment, starting yelling, then pushed her down so hard she dislocated a bone in her foot!
He took off -- but not before punching a hole in the bathroom wall.
After that destructive display of force, cops say he called her over and over, trying to get her to pick up the phone.
Victor Reyes is 23 years old, 5' 10", 240 lbs., with brown eyes and hair, likely shaved short like it is here.
