Police arrested Anthony Leroy Pines -- and booked him into the Maricopa County Jail in Arizona after officers arrested him early Monday. They also took into custody a stolen vehicle he had.
Pines was booked under the alias Edward Thompson police say it looks like he was trying to cover up his real identity. As you can see from the recent booking photo taken in Arizona, his hair style has changed.
So far police haven't released much information about how Pines was arrested.
The Everett Police Department Major Crimes Unit is working on the details of bringing the suspected nightclub triggerman back to Everett to face charges.
He'll be facing three counts of first degree assault for the January 12, 2010 shooting at McCabe's.
Pines has an extensive criminal history and currently has several warrants for his arrest.
In the January 12th shooting, police say he got thrown out of the club on Hewitt Avenue late Tuesday night for trying to steal a bottle of booze from behind a bar.
After sneaking back in, security personnel kicked Pines out again. But this time, he pulled a gun right outside the front doors and started wildly shooting into the club.
The bullets hit three people -- but luckily -- killed no one.
