
Washington's Most Wanted began in July 2008.
It started as a weekly segment during Q13 FOX News at 9pm and 10pm on Saturday. Recognizing the need to catch fugitives and to make the community safer, the segment expanded into a half-hour show on November 14th, 2008.
FOX television stations throughout the state began airing WMW in February 2009. WMW has become a state-wide crime fighting program, helping catch fugitives in Spokane (KAYU), Yakima (KCYU) and Tri-Cities (KFFX) areas.
Through partnerships with Crime Stoppers and local law enforcement, WMW is leading the way in fighting crimes in your neighborhood.

David Rose joined Q13 FOX News
in July 2007.
David has worked in the news
business for 19 years and started his career as a reporter for WMBB in Panama
City, Florida. He is originally from Louisiana andgraduated from Southern
Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
David anchors Q13 FOX News at 9 and 10pm. He's also the host of Washington's
Most Wanted, a weekly crime fighting show that's helped catch numerous fugitives
since its launch in November of 2008. David says, "Washington's Most
Wanted has given me the opportunity to feel like I'm really making a difference
in our community." Not only does David host the show but he writes and produces
its segments.
David came to Seattle from Cincinnati, Ohio, where he spent five years as an
anchor and managing editor of Good Morning Tri-State at ABC affiliate WCPO-TV.
In 2007, he was voted winner of the Ohio Associated Press Broadcasters Best
Anchor award.
Prior to Cincinnati, David worked as special-projects reporter and anchor at
KCOP-TV in Los Angeles. He received prestigious Golden Mike awards for his
investigation into city buses caught on camera running red lights and for
breaking-news coverage of riots following a Los Angeles Lakers championship
game.
From 1996 to 1998, David worked as weekend host and senior correspondent for the
syndicated television show EXTRA. He covered the O.J. Simpson civil trial as
well as numerous entertainment news stories.
He also served as 10 pm anchor at Boston's WFXT-TV and launched Good Day Chicago
on FOX-owned WFLD-TV in the 1993.
You'll find David golfing at area courses. He loves the beautiful scenic
attractions in the Northwest.
Myrle L. Carner is currently the Director of Law Enforcement Services for Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound, managing the Investigative, Public Relations and Media efforts for all city, county, state and federal law enforcement agencies within a four county (4.2 million people) area. Myrle has been involved in Law Enforcement for four decades.
Myrle has spoken to over 900 professional organizations and has won numerous awards, including "Who's Who in Law Enforcement", "Man of the Year" for Kiwanis International, "Officer of the Year" for Washington State Jaycees," Police Coordinator of the Year" for Crime Stoppers International and has won 14 medals for Track and Field in the International Police Olympics. His accomplishments in media include; Police Media Coordinator for the largest Law Enforcement television production ever filmed titled "Manhunt Live." Myrle is also a Co-Winner of a Television Emmy for a Washington State police television movie titled "Northwest Crackdown" and the current Police Liaison Officer for the Q13 FOX television show "Washington's Most Wanted."
Myrle remains very active in the Seattle business community and his church in Lynnwood, WA. He is the immediate Past President of the Emerald City Rotary Club located in downtown Seattle and a recipient of prestigious "Paul Harris Fellow Award" for Rotary International. He has spent his life helping kids and is the Founder of the Aurora Kids Club, an organization formed in the North-end of Seattle. Myrle is currently the head boy's Varsity Golf Coach for KINGS High School located in the greater Seattle Metropolitan area. Myrle is happily married to Dorothy, his wife of over 40 years, and they have three grown daughters.
Parella joined Washington’s Most Wanted in August 2009. She specializes in cold cases and murder mysteries. Working with local law enforcement, families of victims and drawing from her own experience in law enforcement, she is helping to bring criminals to justice one case at a time.
Before getting into television, Parella spent time working as a reserve officer for the Lafayette city police department in Lafayette, Louisiana. She graduated the police academy in 1999, where she underwent rigorous physical training, over 40 hours advanced firearms training, defensive tactics training and specialized conditioning in several other fields. During her time in law enforcement, she also worked undercover. She was one of the few women who volunteered for specialized assignments and helped catch several bad guys.
While working in law enforcement, she was also vice co-chair of Lafayette Teen Court, an organization that worked with first time young offenders in hopes of turning their lives around.
She was awarded the coveted “Blue Knight” award from Mothers Against Drunk Driving after chasing down a drunk driver and going above and beyond to see the man convicted of his crime.
Parella Lewis can also be seen on Friday and Saturday nights doing the weather for Q13 Fox news at 9pm and 10pm. She has worked in the top severe weather markets across the U.S. and brings her unique knowledge and experience to the Pacific Northwest.
