YAKIMA COUNTY—
He says he didn't do it, but when it was time for court, he was nowhere to be found.J Trinidad Martin Rivera is wanted in Yakima County for two counts of rape.
The sex crime he's accused of is simply disturbing: Grandview police say the victim was a patient at a local clinic who thought Rivera was a doctor when the victim said he took him back into a room, told him to undress, began touching his private parts, then started giving him oral sex.
Cops say the victim quickly stopped Rivera and asked what he was doing. Rivera didn't say a word, and took off out the door.
When questioned by police, Rivera denied ever touching the victim, but when it was time for court, he was nowhere to be found.
