Is Hempfest too big for Elliott Bay? Should the city make organizers find a new site in 2011?
If the city can't make it affordable for the festival to move to Seattle Center, the only other alternative is to add a 3rd day at Myrtle Edwards and Elliott Bay parks.

hempfest has done a great job at getting the crowd moving in the right direction to avoid snarls. seattle center is too expensive and large, and no other park in the city is suitable. more people should come in the north entrance.

add a third day. The event is a huge moneymaker, need I say more?
